This motion graphic was created for the Stop Only Sugar (SOS) Diet Book author, James Surrell, M.D. to illustrate how our bodies act as as a sugar warehouse when metabolizing refined sugar.

Kristen Alden designed the vector art in a layered Adobe Illustrator file, which I imported into AfterEffects. I created sound effects, a spoken track and original music in Logic, which brought it to life.  I love producing these animations!
